The JS Dive Mat is the perfect dryland approach training station.

The JS Dive Mats 16 foot length makes it the perfect model for learning the forward approach. Mark the fulcrum numbers on the third link of the mat and let your beginners learn their approach.

Assume the start position. Walk on blue.

Jump to red. Check distance to the end.

Step on yellow and check body position.

Bend the knees and start the arm swing.

Perform the hurdle and check position.
