Put the JS Dive Mat on the board for forward and backward line-ups , and lead-up drills.

Red panel drops off the end to mark the tip of the board. It may serve as a visual target on drills.

Back line-ups for beginners.

Rolling forward 1 1/2 is great on a mat that fits the board. Hands on blue, roll on yellow.

Pull the red link back against the board to accurately mark the end.

Forward rolls 1 meter. Hands on blue roll on yellow.

Place a chamois on the end if doing standing drills. Mats can be slick when wet.
